These are antenna flag clips. These are designed to prevent antenna mounted flags from sliding up or down the antenna. The smaller tubes mount inside the sleeve in the flag and the larger tubes clip on the outside of the sleeve to hold the flag firmly in place. These should fit every style of flag and every antenna.
