This is a Neckgaiter. This is made by Schampa and is designed to be worn around the neck to keep cold air out. It is made of black double-layer 200-weight fleece and it can also be used as an ear or chin warmer. This is 9 1/2" high but, can be scrunched down as needed.  2502-0001
